A full time professional wildlife manager is on staff and manages the game populations and operations. The Glasscock County Ranch, located approximately 20 minutes south of Big Spring, TX, offers 34,000 prime acres with a very nice, historic ranch lodge available, as well as various other types of lodging. The Borden County Ranch, located approximately 45 minutes north of Big Spring, offers 16,000 acres and is located on the upper Colorado River at the upper end of Lake Thomas, with varied terrain and many ponds. Seasonal leases start at $2000 per person for Whitetail and at $2500 per person for quail. Combination/multi-species seasonal leases are available. Annual leases including all hunting, fishing, camping and hiking on the Borden County Ranch cost from $5/acre - $10/acre. Prices are also $5/acre - $10/acre on the Glasscock County Ranch for annual recreation and all species hunting. It also includes limited catch and release fishing at the Lodge. Lease sizes range from 1/2 section - 4 sections to 6 sections - 10 1/2 sections to 20+/- sections and combinations of lodging may be included. Cheaper seasonal and/or one species hunting or recreational leases are available for $3-$5/acre. All leases require a 2 person minimum. We also have annual and semi-annual recreation and nature memberships for families or corporations starting at $600/non-hunting season up to $10,000 or more for large groups.
