Colorado Private Ranches provides private hunting land with do-it-yourself (non-guided) hunts. We have 15 Colorado ranches for lease available to groups or the individual for trespass fees for elk and deer hunting. These are in units 12, 15, 24, 33, 42, 85, 211 and 301. These leases border the White River, Routt and San Isbal National Forests. Completely furnished cabins and lodges on most leases. Maximum of 4-8 hunters per lease, only one group per lease.Prices range from $1,200-$1,500.The use of ATV's is permitted and encouraged on all leases.
